Legal, Constitutional affairs and Petition is mandated to; Examine Bills from H.E the President or Parliament , Consider and advise the Council on all constitutional matters including breaches of good governance, Consider issues relating to breaches of the council's standing orders and make recommendations to the council, Consider petitions received from individuals,groups and organizations, Reviews reports and programmes of independent Government institutions. Consider any other matters referred to it by the council.
