Hon. Oseadeeyo Akumfi Ameyaw IV was born on February 11, 1962. He works in banking and is a barrister by profession.

From 1989 to 1993, he worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Cape Coast’s School of Agriculture.From 1990 to 1993, Akumfi IV was also a science tutor at Nkwakaw Secondary School.  

He is currently the GCB Bank’s Western Regional Manager.

Hon. Akumfi IV is the current Bono East Region Council of State member.
