Committiees of the Council

The Council of State operates through four(4) standing committees namely:

Appointment Committee
House Affairs Committee
Legal, Constitutional Affairs & Petitions Committee
Economic and Social Development Committee

COUNCIL OF STATE

The Council of State in Ghana is a body of prominent citizens, analogous to the Council of Elders in the traditional political system, which advises the President on national issues.
